Golden Fleece York

Welcome to Golden Fleece York, one of York’s oldest pubs mentioned in the archives as early as 1503.

Home to 4 beautiful ensuite guest rooms as well as several resident ghosts making us one of the most haunted pubs in the country.

Join us for a pint of traditional ale, chilled glass of wine or hearty meal either in our bar or sunny beer garden. We look forward to welcoming you but don’t be afraid of what goes bump in the night
